Our matcha comes from a single organic first harvest in Japan, where the youngest tea leaves are carefully shaded before harvest to develop their vibrant color and naturally rich flavor.

After harvesting, the leaves are steamed, dried, and slowly stone-ground into a fine powder, preserving the freshness and character of every cup.

There are no blends, additives, and artificial colorants, just pure, single-origin matcha.

For a traditional preparation, sift 1–2 grams of matcha (about 1–2 bamboo scoops) into a bowl.

Add 70 ml of water heated to around 80°C, then whisk briskly in a « W » motion until the matcha is smooth and topped with a light, creamy froth.

Prefer an Iced Matcha Latte? Fill a glass with ice, pour in your favorite milk, then prepare the matcha as above and gently pour it over the milk for beautiful layers. Stir before enjoying.
