Expect a vibrant green color, a silky texture, gentle umami, and a naturally sweet finish.
Our matcha comes from Aichi, Japan, where the youngest tea leaves are carefully shaded before harvest to develop their vibrant color and naturally rich flavor.
After harvesting, the leaves are steamed, dried, and slowly stone-ground into a fine powder, preserving the freshness and character of every cup.
Smooth and balanced, every cup is clean, fresh, and free from harsh bitterness or astringency.
Our matcha is 100% organic, with no additives or artificial colours.
For a traditional preparation, sift 1–2 grams of matcha (about 1–2 bamboo scoops) into a bowl.
Add 70 ml of water heated to around 80°C, then whisk briskly in a « W » motion until the matcha is smooth and topped with a light, creamy froth.
Prefer an Iced Matcha Latte? Fill a glass with ice, pour in your favorite milk, then prepare the matcha as above and gently pour it over the milk for beautiful layers. Stir before enjoying.
