Our matcha comes from Aichi, Japan. Production process: The tea leaves are cultivated using japanese traditional farming practices. After the harvest, the leaves are steamed, dried and slowly stone-ground into a fine powder to preserve colour, aroma and flavour.After the production process, every batch undergoes EU laboratory quality checks before packaging to ensure consistency, purity, and freshness.

Store it in a cool, dry place away from light and humidity. Once opened, reseal the pouch after each use or use the 6:30am refillable canister to store the powder. For maximum freshness, we recommend consuming it within 3 months after opening.
